Warranty Policy

10-Year Limited Warranty

Every shed sold by ShedEasy comes with a 10-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Structural faults that arise under normal use

If a covered fault appears within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part or the shed, at our discretion, at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic changes over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or impact
  • Damage caused by alterations or modifications, or by assembly or repair carried out by anyone other than our assembly team
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided
  • Contents stored inside the shed

How to Make a Claim

Email support@shedeasy.shop with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
